Submissions are requested for a new weekly publication. At some future stage, monetary remuneration as means of incentive is to be preferred (references/links can be provided to show that it is not a lack of ideas, but time for implementation, that is lacking). In the meantime, individual credit for work is offered, as is editorial feedback and direction towards quality sources for otherwise well-written pieces.
More detail on the following requested submissions will be sent to those who respond.

No summaries of mainstream news please. Your knowledge or experience in the area of interest should enable you to communicate far more than a summary while concisely outlining the event, issue or interest.
I explicitly do not care what your credentials are (providing a real name would be useful for your portfolio purposes, however). But, any BS must be limited to amazing and well-intentioned BS.
Please inform yourself as to your intellectual property rights regarding submissions to a paid weekly print publication that also has a Creative Commons 4.0 license. Your right to seek profit by selling your work, or expanded versions of it, is in no way constrained. Do not take my word for it.
