Has tucks that can be undone to increase the waist size. Says sz 14. Measures: 27 inch waist but tucks (4) will make it larger . Up to you. A -line 37 inch length and easy shortened. 7 inches down from tiny waistband it is 41 inch hip. Has fine yellow lines along with dark and light blue. Diagonal lines are very slimming.
