Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage SABS and tort claims from intake to settlement. Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, undertakings charts, and medical summaries. Organize medical documentation and assist in brief preparation for mediations and hearings. Track limitation periods and ensure compliance with court and LAT deadlines.
