Part-time property manager

Job Description:Job Description Peripheral Property Management is experiencing incredible growth and has an opportunity for a successful candidate to help shape the way a new condominium community is managed. Peripheral Property Management is seeking a candidate to lead our condominium management team, one with a General Licence and at least five years experience in condominium management. In this role, the successful candidate(s) will take care of executing Peripheral Property Management’s best practices while preparing to open a newly constructed condominium for occupancy. This role would be a supervising and advisory role to our existing property managers, with flexible hours, on an as need basis and not exceed 20 hrs/week. Most of the work will be remote, with property visits once a week. You will report to the CFO, and work closely with the executive team. Potential for further career advancement and stake in company ownership should the company see exceptional growth.
