The Role This is first and foremost a Bookkeeping role — handling Accounts Payable & Receivable, payroll prep, reconciliations, and invoicing. You’ll also bring fresh energy to our social media, experiment with AI tools, and provide light support with supplies and reception. Key Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping (Primary) — AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, invoicing in QuickBooks. • Social Media — Brainstorm campaigns, edit posts/photos/videos, grow engagement. • AI Tools — Use AI to boost efficiency and creativity. • Office Support — Order supplies, answer phones/emails, greet visitors.
