At Sign Language Inc., we’re known for precision, creativity, and a supportive team culture. Now we’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Bookkeeper (with Admin & Social Media Support)— all rolled into one.
The Role
This is first and foremost a Bookkeeping role — handling Accounts Payable & Receivable, payroll prep, reconciliations, and invoicing. You’ll also bring fresh energy to our social media, experiment with AI tools, and provide light support with supplies and reception.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping (Primary) — AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, invoicing in QuickBooks.
• Social Media — Brainstorm campaigns, edit posts/photos/videos, grow engagement.
• AI Tools — Use AI to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Office Support — Order supplies, answer phones/emails, greet visitors.

• Proven QuickBooks expertise.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Clear communicator, professional yet approachable.
