Bookkeeper/Broker Assistant Minimum 5 years experience Bookkeeping/Accounting & Administrative Skills

We are a new company working as a TEAM in a Brokerage offering Mortgage and Real Estate Services. We require an Accountant/Bookkeeper with Administrative Skills to Assist the Broker with the day to day operations of the company. Must have Minimum 5 years experience providing a variety of Bookkeeping/Accounting and Administration Services:

Perform bookkeeping and administration services Must be self motivated and self directed to organize and set processes and procedures Provide monthly financial Statements (P&L with AR & AP List) Experienced with filing returns to CRA and Payroll Deduction Monthly Work from our accounting database (software - quick-books or other) Prepares monthly, quarterly and year end statements, file T1 Generals with CRA yearly Assist Broker with Underwriting Mortgage Applications and submit to the Lenders Excellent English (verbal and written) Able to Multi-Task and work unsupervised as well as in a team
