Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive sales efforts. • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes while considering traffic, weather, and delivery schedule. • Monitor drivers’ performance and mileage to ensure maximum productivity. • Ensure on-time service for all scheduled pickups and deliveries. • Handle all aspects of cross-border trips, including documentation and customs clearance. • Planned and optimized delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and driver logs. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Address and resolve customers' inquiries or concerns related to transportation. • Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.
