No Longer Available - QuickBooks & Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a QuickBooks & Data Entry Clerk to manage the accounting and financial records for a real estate property portfolio. Responsibilities: • Enter all rent payments, invoices, and bills into QuickBooks Desktop • Record and track all property expenses (utilities, insurance, maintenance, taxes, etc.) • Maintain organized Excel sheets for each warehouse building. • Track insurance installments, mortgages, and recurring payments to ensure timely processing • Prepare detailed income and expense reports for each property • Keep all records accurate and up to date Requirements (Must Have): • Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including formulas, formatting, and reporting • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple properties’ data accurately • Full-time, on-site position at Torbram & Steeles Pay: $18/hour Location: Brampton (Torbram & Steeles) Email resumes to: Adam@canindustrial.com
