Job Description:Job Description Flynn Group of Companies Account Manager / Sales Commercial Roofing - Service Division Full time, Competitive compensation (base salary+) Moncton, NB Flynn Companies is a growing and well-established Commercial Roofing Contractor and seeking an enthusiastic and personable Account Manager to prospect leads, attend local business events, attend trade shows and develop relationships with potential and existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, well-established company offering competitive compensation (including strong base salary) and benefits. Responsibilities:Present and sell company services to new and existing customersProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineRespond to customer inquiries Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments ​Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, preferrably in Commercial Roofing, or related Commercial Construction industryFamiliarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedMust be able to climb ladder and inspect commercial roofing systems (primarily commercial flat roofing) Includes vehicle allowance, gas card, corporate credit card for work related expenses, Retirement Account, additional insurance benefits and a generous paid time off program.
