We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
  • Deliver large and complex organizational change management initiatives from initiation to closure; collaborating with, managing and motivating diverse project teams
  • Lead business development efforts / activities in the area of change management
  • Continue to develop expertise / brand and strengthen reputation as a trusted business advisor
  • Support RFP responses / proposals to build market eminence and pursue new client opportunities
  • Enable stakeholders to articulate and increase support for vision and desired benefits
  • Enable behavioural shifts that accelerate the change process in organizations
  • Prepare and present material to client executives and senior management
  • Apply project management fundamentals to structure change management initiatives for success by managing scope, quality, budget, risks, issues, vendors, teams, and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate in the development of change management sales and delivery approaches / tools
  • Support clients throughout organizational change and transformation with expertise in areas such as organizational development, strategic planning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer
    • At least 10  years of professional experience in organizational change management and strategic planning (consulting experience with the Federal Public Sector is considered an asset)
    • Prosci change management certification
    • A strong track record of change management sales and delivery
    • Degree in business administration, commerce or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience in relevant management disciplines (including organizational change management, strategic business planning, and project management)
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with peers and colleagues to support timely decision-making and effective implementation of client and firm strategies
    • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients at all levels, and respectfully and efficiently manage conflict situations to win-win resolutions
    • Ability to assess change complexities and present information clearly and effectively
    • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
