Administrative Assistants provide support to Owner, managers, other employees, and guests by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the company and others are positive and productive.
Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files;
Sending and receiving correspondence;
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages;
Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents;
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; and
Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
May be required to perform repetitive tasks.
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience within the accommodation industry is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
