Job Description:Job Description Responsibilities:Welcome customers or visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Handle customer orders via phone with Excellent phone etiquette and direct them appropriately.Handle customer orders by email or in-person interactions.Handle customer orders and manage order entry on online portals inquiries and follow-up and arrange for the delivery.Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations based on their needs.Perform data entry tasks such as updating customer records and information.Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooksProcess payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.Manage orders from Sales Reps.Follow and manage order processing with efficient scheduling and routing of delivery.Manage accounts receivable and payable.Conduct data entry tasks.Oversee inventory management.Order office supplies from vendorsReceiving goods and monitoring delivery itemsPerform other duties as business requirements. Qualifications:Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Exceptional computer software skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbalMaintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment, including stocking and merchandising duties as required.Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationContinuously enhance product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate solutions.Ability to operate equipment as needed: forklift (certified, as needed), pallet jack.Employee will follow all Environmental Health and Safety rules that are set forth by the company.A driver’s license and a clean driving record Schedule:Monday to Friday8-hour shiftMorning shiftExpected hours: 30 - 40 per week Language Requirement: English required Ability to commute/relocate: Innisfil, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person Company Description PCIT is a new Trading company for Suppling materials to Pest control services companies and farmers and residential markets a range of non-chemicals products.
