Description

Our client in Dorval in the car dealership industry is currently looking for a full time permanent receptionist for a great organization.

This candidate must be comfortable doing the following administrative tasks:

Responsibilities would include,
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Dispatching phone calls
- Booking conference room
- Assisting managers with any administrative tasks
- Sorting/distributing mail
- Paperwork for couriers
- Light accounting duties

Advantages
The hours there are Monday to Thursday from 1PM to 9PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM
The wage they are looking to offer is 16$/hr
They have benefits including dental (after 3 months probation)
2 weeks vacation to start

Qualifications
- Previous reception and/or administrative experience 1-3 years experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset but not mandatory);
- Personable, dynamic, team oriented
- Bilingual (French and English; oral and written)
- Strong office skills
- Team player, professionalism
