The beloved workhorse from Orange, the AD30TC. **The amp is currently with me in the Collingwood area, but I am not opposed to bringing it with me down to the Aurora/Newmarket/GTA area as I am in that part of town on a regular basis.** I know what this is, so please, be serious if you are reaching out to me. -- My AD30TC has lived a happy life as my main recording amp for years. I am the 2nd owner, and all wear and tear on the Tolex (on the top of the amp) was from its previous owner. Purchased without the control knobs, but I have since tracked down a set of OEM Orange Control knobs for the 1st channel and +1 extra knob. I have NOT gigged this amp, and have taken excellent care of it since I got it. Please note, that this lady does have some miles on her. It is extremely loud, but all Class A 30Watt amps are. Extremely heavy (as all good gear is), and can run the gamut of sounds. Your SG, Strat or Les Paul will absolutely love this beast. While it certainly looks the part of a beat up rock n' roll amplifier, it still sounds amazing. Could use a bit of TLC and a servicing, but everything still works as advertised. These are incredibly hard to come by, and I would love to see this go to a good home and get some use. About the amp, if you are new to Orange: Essentially two vintage British-style amps in one, the valve rectified twin channel AD Series recaptures the warm, time-honoured EL84 sound that defined an era. These amps have gained deserved reputation among Country pickers, Bluesmen, Pop, Funk and Indie artists for their classy, bell-like cleans, breaky crunch and controlled natural compression. This amp has proved to be so popular worldwide that its specification remains unchanged, and is fast becoming the new standard in 30 watt Class A amplification. With two completely separate signal paths, each with two stages of gain and master volume controls, both channels can be set clean or coaxed into varying degrees of crunch. Channel One has a slightly mellower character, with a thick, creamy, classic voice. Channel Two produces a tighter bass response and a faster attack with more gain and a more prominent upper midrange.
