When you post an ad you have the option to click long term rentals, Or room rentals and room mates. The amount of people looking for room mates to rent a room from them in this LONG TERM ad category.... CLEARLY meant for full houses or apartment rentals.... is beyond frustrating when a SERIOUS tenant is serious about needing a serious place to live. This isn't rocket science people. Stop advertising a ROOM RENTAL... As if the tenant is getting your entire house or apartment. No, sorry, access to those places... That you've already filled with your own furniture, decor, and crap IS NOT THE SAME. unless your just looking to keep the lease in your name for your own security... And 100% willing to give up control of, and empty out, the rest of the unit aside from your bedroom, Stop clogging up this category with false or deceiving advertising All that will get you is deceiving boarders who made false impressions. Kijiji can't make this any easier for anyone.... Unless you suffer a severe intellectual disability, there's no excuse for you to advertise your out-of-this-world overpriced room rental anywhere else but the category CLEARLY labeled room rentals and room mates I'm gradually loosing faith in the competency of the human race every day
