It is close to U of C, high schools and elementary schools. Water is included. You pay others such as electricity, gas and internet. One year term. Deposit is the same as monthly rent.

I look for tenants who have stable incomes, are quiet, clean and can pay rent on time. No smoking, no drug in the property. Reference and credit checks are required.
