It is located a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from north York centre subway station. Being located centrally in North York, this place is convenient to walk to yonge and finch as well as yonge and sheppard. Shoppers, hmart, food basics, longos, service canada, service Ontario, cineplex and all major banks are at a walking distance. There’s a T&T coming up in fall just two minutes walking distance away. You can reach downtown in 30 minutes as well as can get a direct go bus to Mississauga or Brampton. Rent is $970 per person, which includes all utilities and internet. There’s a laundry in the unit. The place will be fully furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen sized bed, a side table, dresser and a study table and still plenty of space to walk around. There is no parking available but visitors can park on the street. Available from May 1st or Jun 1st (flexible).
