Full large house for rent

Full house available for rent in the next few weeks in the heart of Louisbourg on Main Street. We are moving closer to town. It is a 5 beds 5 bathrooms house, ideally for a large family, two families or several roommates. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, with either a shower or a tub. Kitchen in the process of being renovated. It will come partually furnished as we would like to keep the solid beds. 3 out of 5 bedrooms have old solid wood beds. The price is non negotiable : this is a 3,400 sq ft house and we are not looking to make any profit out of it. Will require reference checks and it will be a lease. Tenant responsible for power (heat is electric baseboard and hot water is oil). More small renos to be done as we go. We take care of plowing the driveway as well as mowing the lawn. Contact me for more info if interested.
