Also a 1000 sq/ft loft above the the garage with 3 furnished rooms, a 3 pc. Bathroom, simple kitchen set up, with access to a small fitness set up including a Bowflex, rowing machine, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mats, as well as an infrared sauna. Also a 52’ tv and sound system.

The games room has a wood wood-burning fireplace/heat pump, a great 4x8 pool table, darts, a 12-foot bar, drums, keyboard, guitars, bass, and a premium sound system w/projector.
