Our Executive suite is fully furnished (Airbnb standard) at $2,000 per month for a Single or Couple only. Fully furnished includes cooking utensils, cooking pots and pans, coffee machine, electric water boiler, microwave oven, pillows, cushions, warm cozy blankets, bed linens, Smart TV, King size bedroom set with 2 side tables, chest of drawers cabinet, table lamps, a Sofa /Day pull out double bed for your visitor overnight stay, etc…. with nice decorations as seen on photos posted. Huge bedroom with big windows, ensuite walk in shower bathroom with washer and dryer included. Access to our shared small backyard patio for your bbq and enjoyment. Better then staying in a hotel, you have your own privacy, comfortable and a home away from home sweet living environment. Just move in with your own luggage and personal stuffs. Rental includes Wifi, Hydro and one designated parking spot.

Smoking, vaping, drugs are strictly prohibited in our place due to severe allergies

No pets (only one small dog allowed). no parties and no loud music!

Single, International students with good references are welcome if you needs short term, minimum 6 months starting from 1st April 2024
