Looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The move in date is flexible so let me know when you are looking to move and we can discuss and go from there (ideally April or May). Can sublease with option to renew. The house is in a wonderful location. 3 minute walk to Atlantic superstore, Canadian tire, shoppers, Wendy’s etc. only a quick 8 minute bus ride to downtown and many bus routes available (4, 7, 8, 90, 9). Very clean house with newly renovated bathroom. Kitchen floors are heated (best part) Female roommates only! No pets but cats could be considered. Rent is 1200 including heat and hot water. Power averages around 90 every couple of months but is split with roommate. Message for more info and let me know about yourself. The full house is up for summer sublease for $2400, however, only one room is up for a full lease takeover.
