    I am looking for someone to sublet for the summer months, May 1- August 31st or part of that time period.

    I have a spacious room with a queen-sized bed, a nice desk, a comfortable chair, and ample space for storage, with a large closet. The picture included are from my current bedroom, however I am moving into a larger room within the house.

    Its a short walk to Dalhousie campus ~5 minutes, It is also ~5 minutes to quinpool. And about ~10 minutes to the waterfront.

    My current rent is $1100 but I am asking $850 per month, which is includes wifi and utilities. Laundry is available in-house. Please let me know if you are interested! I am happy to answer any questions.
