No Longer Available - 2 Bedrooms for Rent in North End $2,900

Hello, I’m looking to find two roommates for my beautiful apartment in the north end of Halifax to sign on for a year-long lease (August 2026- end of July, 2027). One bedroom is furnished and available for a sublet immediately if needed, and the other is unfurnished and won’t be available until August. Rent is $2900 divided three ways, in-unit laundry, utilities not included in rent. I’m hoping to find decent people who I get along with well! If you’re someone cool who is interested/active in the arts, we’ll probably be a good fit. I’m really hoping to fill these rooms soon so I can have peace of mind for the lease in the coming year!
