Hi! I am moving back home so I am looking to lease assign my apartment for August 1st!!! The lease is until December but it’ll just go month to month after if you want to stay :) The apartment is Midtown (Mount Pleasant & Davisville area), it’s nooked in a little quiet street where you don’t really hear anything!! The building was built in 1928 so it has a lot of character (original cabinets and an original clawfoot tub!) This unit is on the top floor as well so you never have to deal with upstairs neighbours. It’s a super big apartment. You essentially get a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a bedroom! Very rare to get an apartment this big for this price! The rent is $1899 and then you just have to pay for hydro and wifi on top. Hydro is typically only $50. The landlord is super awesome and chill, same with the superintendent. Sad to leave this apartment but I hope you can love it as much as I do! Also happy to sell you some of my furniture if you want as well. Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Davisville is a great area for those who enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. Finding energetic places in this part of the city is easy. Despite the fact that there is a poor selection of entertainment venues, there are often a very large number of people around, and it is very easy to find bars because they are well-spread throughout the neighbourhood. This area also features a good amount of greenery as there are many tree-lined streets. It is very easy to access green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to discover.
