The room for rent has a queen sized bed and a 55-inch large TV and a 3-deck work station, with dressers and drawers, and you'll also have a personal closet by the room with big mirrors. You'll be sharing the bathroom with only 1 flat mate (a young professional).
You'll share comfortable common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony) with a total of 2 responsible and friendly flat mates (1 as described above, and another young professional living in the master bedroom with her own bathroom in-suite). All flatmates are at their mid 20's-to-30's in this apartment. We are looking for a young professional (single person tenant, not a couple please), non-smoker and no pet.
