Description

Hi everyone! 1 bed furnished or unfurnished DT Toronto LEASE REASSIGNMENT Really sadly leaving my beloved 1 bed apartment in downtown Toronto - dufferin/queen west, right beside TTC and bus stops! Looking for someone/a couple to take over my lease! Ideally end of July. $2342 p/m Lease runs till March 31st 2027. Willing to leave all the furniture for a fair additional cost! Or you can tell me which pieces you’d like to keep. Happy to remove furniture before move in if you prefer. This is honestly the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. South west facing, daylight all day. So bright and airy! Spacious, plenty of storage, and a large balcony. I live in this apartment with my fiancee and we have found it is more than enough space for the two of us. Modern gym, rooftop pool & grill as well as communal kitchen and lounge/terrace/party room/games room/co working space! Washer and dryer incl in unit. Managed by a super lovely company- building managers, concierge and maintenance always really responsive and extremely helpful. Very sociable community- monthly socials are held and organised by building managers. Neighbourhood is amazing! Right by queen west, walking distance to Dundas and liberty village. Way too many nearby coffee shops and restaurants to count. We could possibly move out a bit earlier if reference checks go okay and if you are willing to buy the furniture off of us as it will speed up our move out process. Get in touch for more info!

About Brockton Village

Brockton Village has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. There are many dynamic parts in this neighbourhood to check out. Despite the fact that few entertainment venues can be found nearby, the streets are usually busy with people, and finding one of the about 20 bars is very easy as they are generally located around the corner. Brockton Village is fairly good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. The greenery in this part of Toronto is not especially prominent; to be more precise, residents will find that a lot of streets have below average tree coverage. However, it is very easy to get to public green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to relax in.
