Young couple expecting a baby and their dog are seeking a long term rental which has a shop and a yard. We are Reliable long term renters with references available. As an experienced carpenter I am willing to work with landlord to ensure that our tenancy improves the value of the rental instead of typical wear and neglect as I have done with other rental properties. We are currently having to move out of current rental to accommodate our new needs as expecting parents.
