Hi I’m looking for a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom home I’m a stay at home parents currently my partner works full time for William roach construction. We pay are rent on time every month. We don’t smoke or party. We have 3 kids, we are looking for a new home do to are current landlord is refusing to help us with any damages that are in the home, we have rats all in are home which is unsafe for my children to live in we have had to fix the flooring in are kitchen due that she refused to replace when we moved in. We also had the fire department and police tell her she had to get an exterminator but she refused so I had to pay for one. The home is not liveable at all and she doesn’t seem to care. We can pay first and last month. I’m currently on Odsp. We make 7256$ a month. We have been in search for a place for over a year now with no luck. I need a safe and healthy home for my children and us to live in.
