Rental Details:

· Monthly Rent: $1600 (1 or 2 persons) + its own electricity cost

· Water included

· Internet: could be shared from main house. (tenants are encouraged to arrange for their own internet service)

· Minimum rental period: 1 year

· Security Deposit: Half month's rent (refundable, subject to move-out conditions)

· No pets (one small cat or dog can be discussed)

· No subletting
