I have a brand new Townhouse in Surrey/Langley - clayton area, where I have a PRIVATE ROOM with ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM available for rent. We're a married couple who are looking for a FEMALE house-mate, preferably a working professional or student, who can clean up after themselves and keeps their room/bathroom CLEAN as well. The kitchen is SHARED. There is plenty of space to keep groceries in the kitchen and fridge. The bathroom is ATTACHED to the room so privacy is not an issue. The room is furnished with a queen size bed. The room has spacious CLOSET built in. We're looking for month to month rental agreement but looking for someone who can stay for a long-term (6 months to a year or may be more). Public transport is very convenient, indian grocery store is nearby. Security deposit is $500. Available from 1st MAY.
