The best option for me to find someone to move into my apartment May 1st you will have to sign a 1 year lease but you will get it at my rate of $1645. The apartment is in Cameron Heights. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the neighbors are lovely. I truly enjoyed living here. The apartment is: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. (1 ensuite and one is a Jack and Jill). There's a living room and a den. All new appliances, washer and dryer in suite with a pantry. There's also a deck and it's on the second floor. Gym on site. Please let me know if you're interested in moving in! They are pet friendly (monthly fee) and offer paid parking, options both outside and heated underground.
