My family (Husband and 2 kids) are looking for a 3 bed 1.5 bath house. Backstory, we've been living in a 3 bed+den 1 bath for 4 years now, unfortunately due to the economy the owner has sold our home. We ideally are able to move may 1st. But we have until July 1st to find a place.

We have been loyal tenants who actually helped to sell the home. Let me explain, we are a family who treats everything as though we own it, we fix everything, and also improve things, and have done so during our 4 year stay. Anything from replacing porch and stairs. To replacing windows and doors. We have always had the mentality to leave things better than we got it! We would be able to spend around $1600 with water included as we're also just trying to buy a home, but can't afford to spend $2000 a month! We have one small dog, who is truly the sweetest little thing!
