River Valley trails are only a 5 minute walk away. The building has an onsite caretaker to take care of everyday concerns. Commercial grade coin laundry is available for two dollars per wash and two dollars per dry cycle. In terms of the building layout, there are two bathrooms and one kitchen on each floor which are shared commonly between 5 other tenants. Your own suite will have it's own lock and key for privacy.
