I am renting 2 rooms in my 4 bedroom home for the summer season or yearly for the right person. I prefer professionals only ages 25 and up. You must have a job and be clean. I keep my house clean and expect any roommate to do the same. I have a big yard and if you enjoy gardening even better as i have 2 big vegetable gardens and can always use a hand. I expect a roommate to pick up after themselves and basic cleaning like keeping their bathroom clean, sweep and vacuum when needed. I do this all myself but with more people needs to happen a little more often as is expected. I do have indoor cats. So need to be mindful when opening doors and such. I live right next door to the Huron County Play House and Dark Horse Winery. Only 2 miles to Grand bends main beach. Asking $1000 per room.
