I am a single dad with 2 boys. Our lease expired ( we only had a short term winter rental) and we decided to move back to town as this is where we are from. We stayed in a hotel for 2 nights, but, with 2 kids and servixe dog, it was a little chaotic. So I asked their mother to see if she wanted a few extra days as she gets every other weekend. But they were coming back. It would give me a chance to work on a place and I knew they'd be OK. Well today was pickup day and CAS has decided that the boys were in danger because we are "homeless". So they gave them back to her. They won't tell me why or when they are coming back. I'm in desperate need of a three bedroom. I'd take a 2 if I had to and sleep on the couch. I can't lose my boys. Their mother is an addict and it's not safe there. I'm on a fixed income, but making rent ain't a problem. It's finding a place. I hate asking anyone for anything, but if anyone has a place or knows of one, I can't lose my kids. Their all I have.....
