Grocery store, pharmacy, all amenities at the end of the street! Brand new bathroom, floors, vanity, toilet and tub, brand new kitchen floors, counters, tons of updates! Your very own fully fenced yard, private laundry in suite and 2 parking spots available (medium to small cars only as parking stalls are in an alleyway). Looking for responsible renters who do not smoke/vape, have previous rental references, and will treat our home as if it were their own, as we the landlords live upstairs. No pets at this time. $1900 for rent which includes hydro, gas and city utilities in the price. Tenant must pay for their own TV / internet /renters insurance. Available May 15th, 2026 or after (flexible). Great fit for students or a couple, not suitable for large families. Damage deposit of half-months rent required.
