Enough parking for 2 vehicles easily. Each room comes with single bed, dresser, desk, computer chair, lamp, etc. The living room has an L-Shaped couch, teak bookcases, coffee table, TV, lamp. The kitchen has full sets of dishes, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. This suite underwent extensive renovations 2 summers ago with new led lighting, paint, flooring, cupboards etc. Fridge and Dishwasher were new last summer. Stack-able Full Size Laundry Unit was new in January. The only thing you would need to provide is your own bedding and towels. Rent is $2300 per month, with half months damage deposit required. Rent includes garbage, water, sewage city utilities plus heat/hydro. TV and internet would need to be provided by yourself.
