My partner and I are facing possible eviction as our landlord is selling our home. We can barely afford the current rental market so I am posting here hoping someone with a suite or house will be willing to rent to us. I am 32 and currently on disability, so we can afford anything up to $1500 and our rent is always paid early no matter what. We have two cats and my partner can’t drive so we are trying to find something downtown or on the north shore. We are respectful tenants and I LOVE yard work. We both love gardening and we never throw parties or get togethers. I have a background in restoration and construction so I am very useful to have as a tenant because I can handle anything that goes wrong myself. We are desperate at this point to find a home we can afford, so if you have something please reply and we can meet and see if you like us.
