Hello there, Kijiji! My family and I find ourselves on the hunt for a rental unit, of which we're looking to take possession of no later than December 31st, 2019! We're a small younger family, consisting of myself and my fiance, our 10 month old son, and our 2 well trained dogs. We do have our own furniture and things of that nature, but we have somewhere to store them if necessary, so we are open to furnished places, but would prefer unfurnished! My fiance and I are both employed, he works year round on RT, and I am a server, and we can both provide proof of employment if requested. We're looking for a 2 bedroom basement suite, townhouse, or even apartment, we're open to almost anything. A fenced in yard would be highly preferred, but is not necessary. We have previous rental references available, and if necessary we would be willing to go through a credit check. Our budget for rent is between $2000-$2350 and we will have the necessary deposits and first month of rent ready to go for the date of possession. (If absolutely necessary, we do have a solution for our dogs if we're not able to find a pet friendly rental, but it is very much preferred that we keep them with us, as they are family)
