I've got a spot for a Tiny home on my property. Year around access. My property consists of just under 5 acre. It is walking distance to the ocean (300m) and approximately 4km from downtown shediac. Its Close too 2 publc boat launches (under 1 km). The spot is dry and private, located behind my apple orchard. I stayed there for over a year while building the house. When there is no snow I would drive my car to the location.There is a small insulated shed with wood fireplace (that is included) and space to park 2 vehicles available in the drive way. There is No water, power or sewer hooks up but water can be collect at house or from natural spring. Gagrage also has bathroom and laundry room. Will provide access to for 100$ extra. The property consists of 20 apples trees, lots of raspberry & blackberry bushes, cranberries and wild strawberries. There is NO cutting down trees. Will permit the construction of outhouse or chicken coop / tractor & will provide enough space for a small green house and large garden. Dogs are allowed if friendly. I have female dog, she is friendly. Looking for people into off grid living and a longterm sustainable situation. Ideally would like to find someone with a tinyhome thats has solar and composting toilet. 1 year lease with the opportunity to continue if all goes well
