This waterfront cottage is a four season family residence located in a quiet bay with picturesque view of Lake Nipissing and surrounded by forest. Rental period is from 1 to 4 months only. Bring your own kayak/canoes/boat. St Jean public boat launch is only 10 minute drive away. (Google St Jean Camp for the location). Bring your hammocks as we have a perfect spot on site. Chez Courchesne grocery store(also sells wine and beers) and Lavigne Tavern(nice local restaurant with great pizza and live music) are only 12 minute drive away. There is a small LCBO in Verner town center which is 12 minute drive away where you also can find a bigger local grocery store and a restaurant called Le Fromage. Sturgeon Falls is 25 minute drive away with major stores like Metro, Nofrills and some great local restaurants. North Bay and Sudbury is one hour away. We have a small local beach which is 7 minute walk away from the cottage. The cottage's water comes from a well and is perfectly drinkable. Please practice conservation on water as it is different from water you get from municipal facilities. You might experience water run out if you leave the tap on too long or take long showers. You need to bring your own sheet sets, pillows, sleeping bags, hand and bath towels and other personal hygiene items. Cottage renting as cleaned check in and cleaned check out condition. Garage, storage, shed, basement, boat house ,trailer and fire wood are all off limits. Bedrooms are all fully furnished and very spacious . Three with queen, one with bunkbed, one with a day bed. Apr to May rent: $5,000/m , June to Sep : 6,200/m, October $5000/m. Maximum number of occupants is 10. $500 security deposit is required after confirmation of rental and 100% of rent is required at least 10 days before moving in. 100% is refunded if cancel 20 days before moving in, 50% refundable if cancel 10 days before checking in and no refund thereafter. Security deposit is for damage to the property and extra cleaning cost at minimum of $100 if guests leave property in dirty conditions. Examples for dirty condition include but not limited to dirty dishes/utensils, garbage left on site, bins in toilet not cleared etc. Guests are not allowed to charge electric vehicle from site. Extra hydro consumption will be billed to tenant(average daily maximum hydro consumption is 25 Kilowatt during your stay and you will have to pay $0.4/KWH for overage)
