1st bedroom 2nd floor (10.4sqft x 12.9sqft) = $800 2nd bedroom 2nd floor (12sqft x 10.3sqft) = $800 3rd bedroom 2nd floor (9.4sq x 8.6sqft) = $750 4th bedroom Basement (19.7sqft x 12sqft) = $900 5th bedroom Basement (10.8sq ft x 7.8sqft) = $650

House comes with all appliances, along with 2 couches, dining room table, chairs and a TV. Laundry is located in the basement as is one of the washrooms. Please note the bedrooms have no furniture. Happy to furnish for an additional cost per a month.

The house will be freshly painted throughout before move in day of 1st June, can accommodate mid May if needs be. Residents will require first and last month rent, along with renters insurance. The lease used is the Standard Ontario Lease.
