My family and me are looking for a long term rental to call home , we have lived in our house for 10 years but due to our landlord having financial issues she is selling the house or bank is going to foreclosure it , so I am trying to make sure my family and me have a place to live in by next march , we can afford 2400 with nothing included , my wife and me have 3 kids( 6,17 and our adult son is 24) and 3 cats ( all fixed and older in age ) my wife and me love doing yard work and keeping our home looking beautiful, I work full time my wife is a stay at home mom , we always pay our rent on time . We are fixers not wreckers we believe in making any house our home if we are welcomed too ( with permission of course ) :) If anyone has a house for rent and wants good tenants . please call me at 328-8817 PS. I know scammers are going to see my post so please don’t text me asking for a deposit for a house that you’re not willing to show I’m dumb, but I’m not that dumb. Please don’t waste your time or mine. I do not e-transfer money to no one.

About Penticton

Penticton offers an unique mix of areas that are both busy and quiet. Although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this city with its approximately 10 nightlife venues, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located a short walk away. At the same time, most areas in this city are very quiet, as the streets are usually very calm.
