This is a very private acreage about 15 mins from Penticton. There are gardens, meadows, forests and a large creek right outside your door. The ground floor suite is heated by wood stove or electric depending on your preference (Firewood costs about $800-1000/year, electric likely more). High speed internet is included. Owner lives upstairs, so no drugs, no drama, no parties, please. There is a well, and the pressure tank is in the laundry room, so there is some noise from that every 50 litres of water of so, and you will hear some movement above your suite, but there are two floors above you so it will not be excessive. Pets are only welcome if they don't make noise. This is a peaceful, private place for people looking to avoid town but still be near to it, and to Apex. AWD or 4x4 vehicle is required in winter. Suitable for single person, couple or a very small family. If you like, there is an outdoor, creek side, shower and bath! Obviously, there is an indoor shower too. Second bedroom is only semi-private (and might be considered a den/office). Suite can be furnished or unfurnished depending on price and your need. Price is also dependant on number of people and your particular situation. There is a private entrance to suite and plenty of covered area outside (under decks).
