Just outside of town - Campbellford. Entire room redone a few months ago, from paint, crown moulding to refinished hardwood floors, new area rug, queen sized bed/& bedding, all furniture /lighting. A 5' glass desk will be put in the room prior to move in. Full use of kitchen. Shared renovated bathroom. Use of back deck and large gazebo, parking /Hydro/ Water (well) Internet/Wi-fi / (Satellite), satellite box, use of tv in the living room, laundry. Backup Generator for house…(essential items) house uses propane. No A/C (but if you want to put one in your window at your cost + ) you can (upon approval). There is a medium sized dog in the house already, so no more pets please. First / last required - No smoking of any kind in the house - Be clean and respectful of others in house.
