Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for a newly constructed three bedroom home in Saint John!

Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick is a non-profit charitable organization working towards a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live. Habitat is making a difference – one house, one family and one volunteer at a time.

Our program could be the way out of renting and into your very own home. Here's how it works:

Habitat offers an opportunity to working, lower-income families who otherwise could not afford a home of their own. The Habitat model is based on a no-down payment, no-interest mortgage - which makes homeownership much more affordable and attainable for eligible families.

As part of our partnership, Habitat families commit to contributing 500 volunteer hours. They work alongside other volunteers to build their house, assist with other Habitat projects, or volunteer within their community.
