Wanted. Apartment for mature professional.

RESPONSIBLE TENANT LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CALL HOME I’m looking for a 1–2 bedroom apartment, small house, cottage, in-law suite, or other long-term rental in Kentville, New Minas, Wolfville, Windsor, or the surrounding Annapolis Valley. Budget: Ideally up to $1,500–$1,750/month, depending on the property and what’s included. I’m 50, mature, responsible, and currently working in the Kentville area. I also have a professional background in horticulture, landscaping, property maintenance, and construction, so I’m someone who genuinely takes pride in looking after where I live. I’d be particularly interested in a private rental where there’s some outdoor space. A yard, garden, shed, workshop, garage, or storage area would be a big plus. I’m very comfortable maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces and would be open to discussing reasonable property or landscaping work with the right landlord. I’m looking for stability and a place I can treat as my home, not simply somewhere to stay for a few months. I’m open to properties that might not normally appear in the apartment listings — small houses, rural properties, cottages, basement/in-law suites, apartments above garages, or units on larger properties are all worth considering. If you have something available now or coming up soon, please send me a message with: • Location • Monthly rent and utilities included • Availability date • A few photos if available Good landlords and good tenants can be hard to find. I’m hoping to find the right fit for both.
