Hello, My partner and I are a mature couple in our late 50s looking for a house to rent. I used to work as an interior designer for over 25 years but now just do it as a hobby. My partner has been self employed in the construction industry for over 30 years. We are very quiet, responsible and respectful. We do not smoke nor do we drink or party or have large gatherings. We are quite private and keep to ourselves. As I'm no longer working I spend my days cleaning and organizing my home. I take pride in having a beautiful, clean place to live in. My partner works many hours and is usually working. We do have a small little yorkshire terrier who is less then 5lbs and is very much a lap dog. She does not shed and it consistently groomed with nails clipped regularly. Very well trained and has NEVER done her business inside. She's never left home alone and goes with us everywhere. She rarely barks and is very well behaved. You would never even be able to tell we opened a dog to be honest unless you knew. Just like a homeowner is looking for the right tenant we are also looking for the right landlord. We want our house your renting us to be taken care of just as much as you do and we will.
