Winter and selected long-term rentals for apartments at the Dewit Suites. Rentals starting December 1st. Three 2 bedroom units, one 3-bedroom and two 4-bedroom units. Normally used for wedding guests throughout the year. All rentals will need applications, references and a credit check. Prices range from 1600 to 1950 plus utilities. Right now, units are fully furnished. All have full kitchens except Maitland, which has a hot plate, but includes washer and dryer.
