looking for an apartment to rent for July 1st!

Hello, My name is Nicole, I’m 34 and a mother to a 10 year old boy. I just moved back to Truro from Yarmouth, NS. About a month ago. However our current residence in Truro is not what it was advertised to be, and I need something better and more energy efficient for my son and I. I’m quiet, respectful, mature. I pay my rent on time, and I stick to myself. I don’t smoke/drink. Nor do I party. I just want a safe and decent space to raise my son and build a life for him and myself at. I can provide previous references from my most recent landlord in Yarmouth. I rented a 2 bedroom duplex from him for 3.5 years. And I can provide a reference for my landlord in Yarmouth before him as well. I just want out of this current apartment so my son and I can have a safe, warm, and energy efficient home to rent.
